Right click on a SPAM message, and click show original.
There is a SPAM score there, as well as a DKIM result. Those will indicate the reason why the system marked them as spam.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Each account has its own forwards, and you'd have to script it to set them.

While I can't comment on specifics this issue is something that we are actively discussing. Since it's an internal discussion, it's very possible nothing will come of it. But it is something that is on our minds.
