HSM Gone wrong
I would open a support ticket with Zimbra straightaway. FWIW we use HSM and have not any issues like this. Since I keep pretty much all of my emails (even from before using Zimbra starting a few years ago!), my mailbox is one of our biggest utilizers of HSM and I have never seen this issue on our fa...

[SOLVED] 6.08 Patch 3 installation and version numbers
As a test, I kept a web client session open while upgrading our server farm from P2 to P3. The browser then gave me a pop up about things on the server having been upgraded from to , and the version info were different, and accurately reflected the build number of patch 3 being higher. So, the pop u...

Entire Sites + Domain Migration
It's a nicely done diagram, but as I mentioned in my first reply, Zimbra isn't architected that way. All of your Zimbra servers should be in one rack, like in a data center. If it were me, I wouldn't worry about a domain admin having access to users other than those based in their local office. Don'...

Zimbra plan with IM
In the meantime, IM is still considered beta and as you'd expect if the feature is turned on and visible, a lot of people are now dependent on it and running into bugs and inconsistencies. I'm looking around the site for problem reports and solutions that I can implemen...

Upgraded server memory from 1g to 16g expecting zimbra to fly but crashed !!! HELP
I'm not seeing on Dell's site that the 2650 is a true 64-bit server in that it will run 64-bit operating systems with Intel VT extensions enabled. Sure, you could run a 32-bit PAE kernel to "see" the 16GB, but you'll still be running a 32-bit OS, and that means adjustments to Zimbra to ena...

32-bit version yes?
Try just putting in just 4GB RAM total and let us know if Zimbra starts up OK.
Hope that helps,
Mark

Help Migrating Zimbra from VM to Physical Hardware
Hi Justin, "No Such Blob" means the actual email file isn't accessible. The file might be there but the permissions are such that Zimbra can't read it, or the file might not be there at all. If you do as root "du -csh /opt/zimbra" on both servers, do you get the same numbers? You...

iPad zimbra not working properly
It looks like Helix 7.0 is commited for Dec 9th, if I'm reading this page correctly. Will I be able to use my iPad normally then?
Dates in pm.zimbra.com are not firm commitments on the part of Zimbra, and the dates do tend to move out as we get closer...
