I have deactivated spam filtering in the admin area but users are still seeing mail getting rerouted to the spam filter. Any ideas?

use zimbra desktop. setup box boxes inside the zimbra desktop then simply move the mails between the two like normal..

I am running Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 (build 10978) on windows 7 64 bit. The software syncs with my googleapps accounts fine. The issue is with my zimbra server sync. I am only getting maybe 30% of the actual exiting folders. I can see them in the web client...they are not visible inside of the zdesktop...
