Does CalDAV not work with application passwords? When trying to sync it tells me bad password. We have MFA turned on so it really needs to be an application password and not the default webmail password.

The 50GB limit is not a limit of the ZDB file but a limit of Outlook. A ZDB file is essentially a pst file.
