Starting a hosted zimbra environment

we are a franchisor and would like to begin extending zimbra to our franchisees exclusively. where could i start learning how to install/manage zimbra as a hosted service? is there a frontend i need to install/manage to help with billing/accounting?

I'd also suggest you get in touch with the Zimbra Sales contact or Zimbra Support for their advice - you are an NE user aren't you?
