I can not start zimbra service

Well, first of all these problems have been covered in the forums already - did you do a search?
The port conflicts indicate to me that you have another mail server running. Things to check: SElinux and your firewall are disabled? Postfix isn't installed or started? You need to 'su zimbra' then run 'zmcontrol start' to start Zimbra - that's covered in the documentation. Is your /etc/host file set correctly? Zimbra also starts automatically (if you've answered 'yes') after the install and will start automatically at boot time.

you have awaken an old thread...
By the way, you should stop all Zimbra service and check it by genric linux command line and only after that check if you have an openLDAP listening on the usual port 389.
