How to Activation Free Trial Licence?

I have performed a 60 trial version installation in a VM a week ago and I can't seem to get it to activate with the trial license I was sent? When try to activated it, I receive an error "root element must be ZimbraLicenseActivation". As this is a trial version I do not have a Customer Portal account yet, so I'm stuck... what's my next step?

Even with trial you have Support, send an email to support@zimbra.com and they will be able to help you, explain all the problem in a detailed way.
