[SOLVED] Upgrade to 8.7.11 disabled mobile access

After we upgraded to 8.7.11 from 8.7.6 all our active sync users started calling in. Everyones mobile access was disabled. When go into mobile access I get the following error. unknown document: GetDeviceStatusRequest. Active sync is more widely used here then web mail so if anyone has any ideas or heard of this before.

This was resolved. The upgrade made the mobile access zimlet corrupted. Uninstall/reinstall and fixed.
