Hello
very simple question
I have an Ubuntu 14 w/ ZCS 8.6
I want upgrade to 8.7 and install another server with zimbra proxy behind it.
Should be proxy installed in either servers?
Or it is enough that proxy service is active and running on proxy server, and in backend there is no proxy?
Best Regards
upgrade strategy

Re: upgrade strategy
Hello maumar,
It's a very good question, never faced this scenario where you move from single to multiserver while upgrading, I would say you can run the 8.7.11 installer and don't select the proxy/MTA, and then add a new 8.7.11 server with just the Proxy/MTA server, but the best thing is to test it in a lab scenario.
Maybe use this in the case you have some issues: Best regards
