Hi,
Just realized that while installing Zimbra OSE, it also installs nginx. Since I have Apache already installed, is there a way of letting Zimbra run on Apache or I should let sleeping dogs lie.

No, you can't do that as ZCS must use the packages that it installs otherwise you'll end up with a broken system.
