If I understand right I should have this in my host file?
192.168.100.200 mail.max99.com max99.com

and this in my resolv.conf
nameserver 192.168.100.200

I still get this error!

MX: mail.max99.com (123.123.123.123)

Interface: 127.0.0.1
Interface: ::1
Interface: 192.168.0.7
Interface: 192.168.100.200

DNS ERROR - none of the MX records for max99.com
resolve to this host
It is suggested that the MX record resolve to this host

No, that's not the format of the hosts file and I've already shown you the format and it's in the Split DNS article.

this is resolv.conf
search max99.com
nameserver 127.0.0.1

and this is dnsmasq.conf
server=8.8.8.8
server=208.67.222.222
domain=max99.com
mx-host=max99.com,mail.max99.com,5
listen-address=127.0.0.1

and this is error for zimbra ldap

I have pointed this out to you several times, the format of your hosts file is incorrect. Please see my earlier post where I've actually given you the correct format of the server entry.

You have not followed the wiki article nor have you read my earlier post. Go back through this thread and read what I posted earlier for the hosts file entry, if you compare it to your posted details you should be able to see the difference.
