Hi,

I'm using Zimbra 8.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 server. I need to upgrade this server to 8.8 version. What is the best way to do this? Can anyone help me..

Thank you.

"best" is subjective.
You *could* :
- Upgrade Zimbra to 8.7.11-ubuntu12
- Upgrade Ubuntu to 16.04
- Upgrade Zimbra to 8.7.11-ubuntu16
- Upgrade Zimbra to 8.8.15-ubuntu16

Or you could spin up a new Ubuntu 18 system and use the ZeXtras migration tool to get from one system to another.

I've never had an issue upgrading Ubuntu/Zimbra in steps but I do understand that things can go wrong.
I've migrated progressively from ZImbra 7.1 on Ubuntu10 to Zimbra 8.8.12 on Ubuntu14 without issues. I'm considering a ZeXtras migration to move to 8.8.15 on an Ubuntu18 system mainly because I feel it's time for a clean slate.
