This upgrade from 3.1.4 to 4.0.0 went very smoothly...thank you...

Can you share how you upgraded from 3 to 4?
Is there an upgrade script?
Or the install.sh will do an upgrade if it finds an existing old zimbra?
Or must we backup the old data, do a clean install of 4, and then restore the old data?

Make a backup to safe.

Then run the install.sh script.
