Delete Email Virus In The Mailbox

Hi,

Previously, i'm sorry for my bad english.

I am migrating email server from sPanel to Zimbra 8.6, where in sPanel there are many spam and virus emails. But my client asks to not include a email virus in the new server.

Then, i did a trial to one of affected user spam by migrating her mailbox (Include email virus and spam) with imapsync. and then I just delete these spam emails by the following these guidelines :

But, when I run the script there is an error like this :

Scanning Mail Store for Viruses

ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_ACCOUNT (no such account: dm)
Found and removed infected message from

and I find a solution by entering the following link : https://community.zimbra.com/collaborat ... /t/1135431, then. there are no error messages BUT not deleted email virus.

If anyone know this solution, please help me. Your support means a lot to me.
