Migration cannot be initialized:

Good Day all,

I am fairly new using zimbra (I do appolozige for my noobness). I am currently running a hosted exchange envoirment and wish to migrate to zimbra. I have my zimbra envoirment already setup and running (sending/recieveing etc). I am making use of the Zimbra Migration tool I donwloaded from the admin console (I am not sure if there are other tools to do this). When running the tool I get prompted for 3 options : Server MIgration, User Migration, Zimbra Desktop Migration.

No matter which option I choose I get the following error:

Migration cannont be initialized, Exception in reading registry for outlook prereq Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
