ZimbraMigration_8.7.1.1661_x86 PST Import Failure

Hello,
I'm trying to import 300mb pst file to Zimbra (single user migration) , migration tool takes about 1 second to process than says operation complete but of course it is impossible to do it in 1 second. And no mails are transferred to Zimbra server.
What can be the error?
Port.: 8443 - Secure connection.
