Hi
I have configured AWS SES and S3 as a backup MX to our Zimbra server. Emails are saved as fully formed raw MIME emails into the S3 bucket.
I gave up on building a Lambda poll and send solution to forward these to our Zimbra server when it was available. My java skills aren't good to enough yet and it seemed no one else has exactly the same use case yet.
I have instead settled on mounting the S3 bucket on our Zimbra server with FUSE and therefore exposing the saved emails locally on the Zimbra server.
My intention was then to use Mailx under a cron to email these to the Zimbra server (cat filename | mailx -t ). But this is giving me "No recipients" even though the raw email file is fully formed.
Any ideas on how to fix either my mailx solution or accomplish this a better way?
Many thanks in advance.
Marc
