backup & restore of zimbra folder

HI,
We have zimbra opensource edition version 8.6.0. When we have install zimbra on /opt/ on static partition. New disk is going full. We are unable to increase the disk space. Please gives us any idea, how to take backup zimbra folder from /opt and put it down on LVM disk partition on same server.
