zimbraSharedItem not migrating

Hello
we are migrating zimbra from 8.6 centos 6 to 8.8 centos 7
everything went fine except for the shared items
i have tried using on the new server zmprov ma xxx@xxx.xxx +zimbraSharedItem "xxxx" manually but it doesn't apply
