Changing default 'Global settings'

Hello,

I have add some RBL via 'zmprov mcf' but when I change any thing in the Global settings via zimbraAdmin they are pruned !

So I want to introduce thoses zimbraMtaRestrictions as a default Global setting.

How and where can I do that ?
