We recently completed our VoIP transition to Cisco and I'm looking at configuring the voice services tie in to our Cisco CallManager / Unity / Presence services. I have the URL windows but am seeing if anyone has guidance on the URLs to enter. I've tried the same username / password that works for voicemail through my Unity Connection web-access, but can't seem to get it to work in Zimbra.
Has anyone run through this or have some tips to help out?
