zimbra calendar item creation when sent from outlook

Hi,
In the older versions of Zimbra, when a user sent a calender invite from outlook/other client, zimbra could create the same on the calender. But now only invites accepted are getting created. Is there any changes that needs to be done at the server end to recognize the same? Any other alternatives?

Looks like the "Automatically add received appointments to calendar" preference does not work. Is there any way to fix the issue?
