Have you checked if your certificates have expired (renew them if they have) or looked at any of the other forum threads & solutions on this topic?

Thanks phoenix.

The certificate is valid until Jun 2023 (self-genereted).

I trie this:

su - zimbra

zmcontrol stop

zmcontrol status

logout

as a root: /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms --verbose --extended
and when try zmcontrol start ( as a zimbra user)

Host mail.dominio.com.br

Starting ldap...Done.

Starting logger...Done.

Starting mailbox...Done.

Starting antispam...Done.

Starting antivirus...Done.

Starting snmp...Done.

Starting spell...Done.

Starting mta...Failed.

Starting zmmtaconfig...zmmtaconfig is already running.

postsuper: fatal: scan_dir_push: open directory defer: Permission denied

postfix failed to start

Starting saslauthd...done.
Starting stats...Done.
the zimbra.log:

Aug 15 14:57:43 mail postfix/postsuper[15843]: fatal: scan_dir_push: open directory defer: Permission denied

Aug 15 14:57:44 mail postfix/postfix-script[15844]: fatal: Postfix integrity check failed!

Aug 15 17:58:00 mail postfix/postqueue[16666]: fatal: Queue report unavailable - mail system is down
After, i try the option: chown -R postfix:postfix /opt/zimbra/data/postfix/spool ( is a my "queue_directory " in main.cf), and has the same error.
Have NO iptables, SELinux or another mail server running on this server....

Well, after 3 days of research. The cause of the whole problem was: spool directory corrupted. The solution at the moment: system reinstallation.

Why not just recreate the spool directory ? unless your underlying hardware is having issues.

check zimbra logs if you found port conflict error log
or
check 25 port by
# netstat -tulpn

if other program using 25 port then note PID of that program and kill
# kill -9 1285

My logs:

[root@zmail ~]# netstat -tulpn
