sending email to all users

how do i send an email to all users on the system
ie Zimbra will down between hours and hours for maintenance.
Do i need to create a distribution list this is a pain as i am always adding new users and would have to update the list each time a new user was created right ???

Seems to be that way. But I'm not really sure. I have not seen this particular feature in Zimbra where you can send a meesage all at once to all your active accounts in the box.
