emails from MailChimp do not display
emails from MailChimp do not display
All emails sent by people using MailChimp do not display. The top several lines show. If I forward or reply the message will display. Emails from people using Constant Contact do display. MailChimp says it is a problem in Zimbra.

I'm using latest zimbra Release 8.8.11.GA.3737.UBUNTU16.64 UBUNTU16_64 NETWORK edition.
and I have a mail from mailchimp that does make zimbra mailclient unresponsive.
It does not show anything and shows a popup after a while with the Message
"The server or the network is slow respond.....
and then with the error:
A network service error has occurred.
method: SearchConvRequest
msg: A network service error has occurred.
code: CSFE_SVC_ERROR
detail: HTTP response status 504
the email is shown without any problem on my iphone ...

As for your problem, you are probably receiving an email from an exchange server and has an attachment (signature?) that's causing the problem because it's a Base64 encoded eml. I've just experienced the same thing myself, take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=65351https://forum ... 15&t=65351
The messages are also vied correctly for me, as well, in my mail client and Zimbra Desktop.
As a FOSS user I can't do much about this but you might like to raise a support case as an NE user.
