How to change Zimbra hostname/webmail/imap addresses?

Hello Everyone,
I read a lot of things, but as I´m new with Zimbra... better to ask.
I have a Zimbra 8 Server in a VPS server. The vps/server hostname is zimbra.abc.com. Our emails are people1@abc.com. So when I type this server address I´m able to access the zimbra webmail.
So now, we buy other domain and all emails (15) needs to be changed to the new domain: people1@def.com.
Additionally, we need to change the webmail/imap address to zimbra.def.com <- it´s very important.

My questions are:
How to change the webmail address to "zimbra.def.com"? And Imap address? Steps?
After register the new domain in Zimbra Server, just changing the domain for each account will be sufficient to make it works? Or I need to do additional steps?

My cas is - When I telnet:

1) telnet mx.domain.com 25

220 mx.domain.com NO UCE ESMTP

2) telnet mx.domain.com 110

+OK z2.domain.local Zimbra POP3 server ready

3) telnet mx.domain.com 143

+OK z2.domain.local Zimbra IMAP4rev1 server ready

But I need always to recieve 220 mx.domain.com NO UCE ESMTP

How to change helo IMAP and POP message ?
