SSLv3/POODLE and polling external mailboxes.

We're using 7.2.0_GA_2669.
Starting around end of october the encrypted polling of external mailboxes starts to fail. We assume the zimbra mail client uses sslv3 (if encryption is enabled), which is getting disabled more and more. Is there a way to use tls for this?
