Hi everybody!
I'd like to present something, I've been working on in the last few weeks and which will be transferred into production in the next couple days:
DisclaimR is a dynamic mail disclaimer/footer milter daemon, which is directly embeddable into Zimbra and can be used to centrally manage dynamic disclaimers (also called footers) for outgoing E-mails.
It comes with a nice Web UI, so your non-technical stuff can manage the disclaimers and even supports encrypted/signed e-mails.
If you'd like to check it out, visit its repository over at github and tell me, what you think.
Kind regards
Dennis

Why would you use this over the disclaimer support already in ZCS? (Just curious)

Because it supports *dynamic* footers. You can use fields from
an LDAP server, that are replaced when adding the footer.
Additionally, it adds footers based on a rule book. So you could add footers only on outgoing mails and leave out internal mails.
Also I'm not quite sure, if Zimbra's implementation supports PGP and SMIME mails. Or am I wrong here?
