Single user not login Ajax Web Client
Hi
Today one user notify my that he can't log in Ajax web client of Zimbra.
He uses (and everyone) Chrome 39 and login with AD in web client, and screen freeze in loading page... no more.
If I change to HTML client works fine.
Nothing in logs. I disabled all zimlets for this user and change theme... and nothing...
What can i do ??

Hi Salva_savia,
Can you try with the Incognito Mode in the same Computer? Or in other computer with the user credentiales?
Maybe is something related to the User Computer and the browser, if works, try to generate a new Chrome profile.
If fails, do you see any error in the mailbox.log, or in the access.log, or in zimbra.log?

I already tried that, in addition I can't login in my computer with that user neither.
There must be something wrong with one COS that I have.
I have a COS "usuarios_limitados" where I limit mailbox size to 3Gb, and apply to some users. I tried to change COS for that user to default and he can login again correctly to Ajax ZWC. Couriosly 80% of people has this COS... I duplicate default COS as "usuarios_limitados2" and change mailbox size limitation to 3Gb and apply to this user, and works.... :-/

Maybe at some point in the COS usuarios_limitados did you disable some checkbox? But in that case all users will have the same problem.
Really weird, but if you fix it now, with this trick. Let us know if the problem appears again.

When you say mailbox size are you talking about quota? I've never heard over quota blocking logins from happening.

Hello.
Today an user started complaining about this same issue.
I've tried several browsers, different computers, even tried accessing the email from the Admin console.
If using the Ajax client, it freezes in the loading screen. If I switch to regular HTML client, it works without any issue, other than not closing the Soap session.
I've tried switching the user to another COS but without any results.
Any idea?
I can supply logs if necessary.

Hi, in my case I just assign my user default COS and then start working, so I create a new COS with mailbox quota as I need and assign to the user and continue working. I can't help you, in my logs I can't see anything.... sorry.

I wonder if you exported the mail and imported it into a new account with default settings if it would start working correctly. If it was then there is probably some preference that they set (or something like a signature or out of office message) thats causing problems with ajax. Very weird issue...

I have the same problem here with zcs-NETWORK-8.6.0_GA_1153.UBUNTU14_64.20141215151218.
The user can't login using the Ajax version. Same thing if I try to login to his account from the admin panel.
Nothing special in mailbox.log...

Try going to the properties of the user, and set the "in:inbox" to "in:sent". That will allow you to log in probably, and check what is wrong.
