Cant open admin console https://mydomain.com:7071 Please help

I assume its just editing differences while masking your server name...but in your orginal post your trying to reach https://MYDomain.com:7071 but your hosts file shows your server name as mail.MYDomain.com which would make the url for the admin page https://mail.MYDomain.com:7071/



I don't have a whole lot of other ideas...are you completely sure there isn't any other firewalls on your network between you and the server that could be blocking traffic to 7071?

I'm grasping at straws now...but I would double check to make sure you don't have any issues with your certs. I don't have a whole lot other then going over your logs...maybe doing a zimbra restart to see if there is an error at startup.



Just to make sure the listening port is actually accepting connections you can try connecting to 7071 locally on the server with: "telnet localhost 7071"

You can make sure you can create an SSL connection with this:

openssl s_client -connect mail.MYDomain.com:7071 -tls1



I'm assuming you've also tried more then one browser on the off chance that your browser is having an issue with the admin console.
