Hello everyone need help cant open my admin console with mydomain.com:7071 . my mail server is working perfectly. Please help

You should probably provide more details... Is this a new server or was it just installed. What version of zimbra are you running? Single server or Multi-server?



Some basic things to check:

Make sure the admin console is running on the server:

$ netstat -an|grep 7071|grep LISTEN

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:7071 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN



If it is make sure your firewall isn't blocking traffic from your computer to 7071.

[root@localhost ~]# netstat -an|grep 7071|grep LISTEN

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:7071 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN



this is the result and it is old srv was running perfectly still its working but cant access admin console only its 8.5 and single srv . Thank you

This is the status of my zimbra server

Can you try to access with the IP instead the hostname and let us know if you find any issue in the mailbox.log, and also maybe in the access.log?

Nops sir i had try that also . and i cant find and problem in mail,logs and access.log

Can you share with us the content of your /etc/hosts file?

Did you confirm that there isn't a firewall blocking traffic to 7071 between you and the server?

i had already shutdown the firewall iptables -F
