Dear Mark Stone,

I tried to open Zimbra Admin Console as you suggested, by typing https://mail.mydomain.com:9071, but without success. I Also check for the opne ports on my server and i found that ports 7071 and 9071 are not active and opened as you can see below. Please help me what else do i can do to fix this problem?

Let's get some basics going...

Please run as the zimbra user on the mailbox server the following commands:

zmcontrol -v
zmcontrol status

If zmcontrol status shows one or more services not running, then please do a "zmcontrol restart" and post the results written to the screen and to /var/log/zimbra.log

Did anyone have solution for this issue as i am having the same issue. cannot login to admin console but mail access for admin is ok.

It really doesn't help to post a "me too", you should read the post immediately above yours and run the commands shown and provide the output.

All my zimbra services are running, port 7071 is active and can telent to port 7071. I can even login to webmail using admin account but unable to loggin admin console.

If zextras_suite is installed, then delete, it should help.

I solved it with recommendations of the post "ZImbra Web GUI is not working"

Execute below command with root user permission.
>> systemctl status firewalld

It will show active, i.e firewall is running. we need to stop that service with below two commands.
>>systemctl stop firewalld
>>systemctl disable firewalld
Then you can access your web GUI.

This is happen when your ZaMsg.properties file corrupted. to restore pls use the following link.
copy the content of the file to your corrupted file and save.

Try this :

if you can go to your ip server like
youripserver:7071/zimbraAdmin/

> Login admin
> Go to install ssl self signed.
> Go to ssh, restart zmcontrol
> and then got it your domain:7071 zimbra admin finally open.

But your ssl gone, if you use cloudflare.

this will fix.

Go to this :
