Turning off/limiting forwarding
Turning off/limiting forwarding
We're considering turning off the feature that lets users set up a forwarding address. What happens to forwarding for those people who currently have a forwarding address if we disallow forwarding? We are also looking at limiting users to just 1 forwarding address as an alternative - again, what would happen to the folks who are currently forwarding to multiple addresses?

Turning off/limiting forwarding
Hi WolfyPDX,
I have tested this behaviour on my environment (Zimbra 8.6.0 OSE) and if you disable this features and the user already have set any forwarding address it will keep working.
So, AFAIK, after disabling this feature you should run a script to remove all forwarding addresses.
