How do I disable calender sharing with "External guests (view only)"?
Internal users are OK. But all those "External guest" pseudo accounts tend to
make trouble. Especially since our internal users start to share their personal
calendars with the external email address variants.
For example: An external share is created for user@domain.com instead of
user@zimbra.domain.com.
