How to use search in sentence, not keywords?

Post by bhwong »

When I enter search "Level 2", I get result that contain only Level and 2. How can I search so that ONLY Level 2 in the correct order or sequence appear? Using "xxx yyy" works in Google search but not Zimbra. Is there another symbol I should be using for Zimbra to recognize that I need to search a full proper sentence and not individual and independent keywords?

Hi,

Have you tried to search with quotation marks? For instance, "Level 2".

Yes, that's what I did! There is virtually no difference when I type [level 2] and ["level 2"]. Zimbra still treat them as 2 separate keywords search! See below:

Does it works for you? Which version are you on?
btw, when we have 2 keywords search, does Zimbra use OR or AND operator? How do we define this? When I type OR or AND, they end up becoming part of the keywords search as well! lol
