We are currently requiring in our setup the from address to match the authenticated username to combat spam. We use a 3rd party e-mail system that connects to our Zimbra server with the username of relay, however the e-mails come from the end-user's ID. These are not being allowed through since the username (relay) does not match the users name.

I know you can use an exceptions file to map an alias to a specific user, however is there a way to allow one address (relay) to allow a mismatch without needing to do this manually for each staff member in the exceptions file?
