First and foremost, my install is an old version, Zimbra 7.1.3 OSE on Ubuntu 10 .04.
I'm trying to configure "Auto-response"/"Out-of-Office" response. It is working pretty well on accounts within the domain but responding to external emails are not working. Auto-forward is also not working but in the same scenario (but I'm not after into it).
Our setup is that we download emails from a pop3 servers which also serves as smarthost for our Zimbra installation. Return receipt and calendar invites seems to work well with external emails though.
