Invisible and unremovable message in Drafts

I have a user that always sees the Drafts folder as having one message, but when he accesses it, it appears empty.
I have tried to delete it from command line, but unsuccessfully:

It's not affecting any other users, just this one, but it's annoying.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
I'm using Zimbra 8.0.9.
