zimbra 8.6 pop3 email download discards after 10.2mb downloaded.

Hello Friends,

I have ongoing issue. my users cannot download attachments over 10.2mb who uses Pop3. this does not happens when users are in LAN & VPN . issue comes only when they direct connect to internet & download emails using pop3. any email discards downloading after 10.2mb. this is a new issue for us & earlier we had not an issue like this.
any input is highly appreciated.
