zimbra to zimbra

Hello
I use ZMT (zimbra migration tools). But I get an error like below.

error:
Message: Did not find any accounts to import Error code: bulkprovision.BP_NO_ACCOUNTS_TO_IMPORT Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Sender

What can be the problem ?

You haven't given much about the circumstances of the error and version(s) in use but if you want to move to a new ZCS server I'd recommend you use the ZeXtras migration tool - it works, well, it's easy to use and it's free.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I carried it successfully. It was a big mailbox problem.
I backed it up and restored it on the new server. (zmt)
