Unknown sender when replying emails

Hi all, I'm mananging a 8.6.0_GA_1162.NETWORK.
Some users when opening or replying to emails using web client get "Unknown" as email sender and the "readed" state for emails is not pushed to the server.
They have to re-login to get the expected behaviour again
Same behaviour using chrome or firefox
Any hints on how to solve this?
