DST inaccurate for America/Edmonton aka Canadian Mountain aka MDT

Hi Folks,

I just tried to send a calendar invite for MDT/Mountain Time, America/Edmonton, and it is listing as GMT-7 when it should be GMT-6. The timed on the parent OS is correct, however it looks like Zimbra is not correctly adjusting for DST.

I'm not sure if there's something I can do on my end, but I'm pretty sure there are others experiencing this.

Not sure if this is a bug, or what, but I'd like to start discussion about this, perhaps if it is a bug have a fix made?
