Blacklist and Whitelist by Domain (HOW) ?

Hello folks,

After google for a lot, I don't have solution for my issue with black and whitelist by domin (not by IP). Here we have a lot os spams coming for sender whose change the server IP for a time, just for example, I found a Spammer with 589 domins registred on register system (Brazil called registro.br). So I've put all domins into "/opt/zimbra/data/spamassassin/localrules/local.cf" by this way: blacklist_from *@examplespammer.com but after restart zimbra, I still have the same e-mails from spammers in all of our mailboxes. Cloud you help me with how can I do to have a clear and simples black and whitelist by zimbra for server ?!
