[SOLVED] Unable to login to Admin console

Hi folks, got a bit of an issue here in that we can't log into the admin console. There's only one password for admin and it has never changed - but it now tells us that authentication has failed.
I grepped the mailbox.log for admin and this came up

Which doesn't mean a whole lot to me..

I can't think of anything recent that would have changed the behaviour, although something clearly has! The server is Network Edition Release 8.6.0_GA_1153.RHEL7_64_20141215151204 RHEL7_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 8.6.0_P4.
with LDAP auth from a Active Directory running for user accounts, but admin has always been just a local account.

Does anyone have any clues before I end up raising a ticket?

Hello,

did you try to reset the admin password ? And what about /opt/zimbra/log/auth.log ?

The password was fine, it was the DoS filter. We added the most likely local hosts and upped the connection limit. Problem solved.

Hello Friends,
I have the same issue, My server is working fine and users are able to login Zimbra Web client sign in page. But if we try login to Zimbra Administration page, it is loading as blank page.
Zmcontrol status - Running all services. 8.6.0 GA 1153. Running on Centos7.
Logs shows : soap-GetDomainInfoRequest elapsed=0
Tried via ip address as well : 192.168.100.7:7071

Please give me the solution.

Hi - nothing to add to my previous post I'm afraid. If altering the DoS protection filter from the command line didn't help then I'm afraid you're up against another issue.
