PreAuth and OTP

Hi all,

someone can tell me if Pre-Auth key and OTP can work together?
I explain better. I'm using a pre-auth method to login into a user e-mail. If I enable OTP on that user, when I pass the pre-auth url to Zimbra, Zimbra asks me for OTP?
