Hi
I have a very extrange problem. A user lost all mesages of today of his inbox. He didn't delete them, they did only disappear.
Is not in Spam neither Trash. And when I try recover them with "Recovery deleted items" option, only there are messages since march 31th or older.
I did search the messages in store folder:
find /opt/zimbra/store -type f -iname '*.msg' -mmin -360 -exec cp {} /tmp/today_msg/ \;
cd /tmp/today_msg/
grep -r -i -E "^to:.*username.*"
grep -r -i -E "^cc:.*username.*"
I found only spam messages.
¿Do you have any idea for recover them? ¿Do you know the cause of problem?
User only use Zimbra Web, he don't have configured it in any other device.
This is my Dumpster configuration:
zimbraDumpsterEnabled: TRUE
zimbraDumpsterPurgeEnabled: FALSE
zimbraDumpsterUserVisibleAge: 90d
zimbraMailDumpsterLifetime: 90d
Zimbra 8.7.9 Ubuntu 14 LTS 64bit
