Disable unecrypted traffic on port 25

Currently my instance of Zimbra allows both encrypted and unencrypted traffic on port 25. However, whenever someone tries to send unencrypted email to port 25 I'd like Zimbra to switch the connection to use TLS. I understand the client has to be able to support it and assuming that most clients (gmail, yahoo, etc) will detect it and continue with TLS. How is this setup in Zimbra ?
