SASL authencation failed by postfix

Hi all,

I need to block all IP address, they're connect to my mail server by log "SASL authencation failed"
Maybe i can postfix or not? This configuration not work.

zimbraMtaSmtpdErrorSleepTime 1s
zimbraMtaStpdSoftErrorLimit 10
zimbraMtaSmtpdHardErrorLimit 20

Can you explain this?
