zimbra.log show e-mail as delivered but it does not appear on user mailbox

zimbra.log show e-mail as delivered but it does not appear on user mailbox

Hi all,

I'm facing a weird trouble, sometimes some users complain about messages that them say don't receive, so I've been starting a investigation and indeed something weird is happening.

I've seen on zimbra.log and there seems all is ok (look below),

user1@mydomain.com sent a message to user2@mydomain.com, user3@mydomain.com but, user2 and user3 don't received that email on their mailbox, if I restart zmmailboxdctl and user1 sends again the email, user2 and user3 will receive the email, somebody are facing (or already faced) this kind of issue? What I think weird that happens only sometimes and it does not happen for a specific account can be for any account.

I've seen /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log all looks great there as well.

I'm running Release 8.7.0_GA_1659.RHEL7_64_20160628202714 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition and using imap connections from outlook.

(I've changed real names and real domain for security reason)
