connection-level blacklists

Hi All

I am little confused here. I need to add blacklist which says must reverse the IP address in order to perform the query. So for an ip of 192.168.1.100 it should query as 100.1.168.192.blacklist-address

Which section under DNS checks should I be adding this blacklist service to
